Shipping & Delivery Policy

Flex Pipe USA Inc. supplies stock, made-to-order, fabricated, tested, and engineered industrial piping products. Shipping method, handling requirements, lead time, and freight cost depend on the product configuration, dimensions, weight, destination, and required delivery service.

Shipping methods and freight handling

Online orders for configurable or made-to-order products are reviewed before fabrication or shipment. We may contact the purchaser to confirm hose size, overall length, end connections, pressure, temperature, media, movement, quantity, shipping address, and delivery requirements. An order confirmation does not waive this review.

Shipping charges

Parcel and eligible oversize shipments may be rated by the available carrier integration using product weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected service. Oversized, palletized, long-length, or freight-class orders use the applicable freight path rather than the standard parcel path.

Customer carrier accounts

Checkout now routes shipping by the actual WooCommerce package weight when authoritative product or variation weights are available. Packages at or below 150 lb remain on the parcel/carrier path. Heavier shipments use pallet freight tiers: Small Pallet for 150.01–500 lb at $219.99, Medium Pallet for 500.01–1,000 lb at $299.99, and Large Pallet for 1,000.01–2,000 lb at $419.99. Shipments above 2,000 lb use the configured heavy-freight charge. Customers may also use an approved UPS, FedEx, or other third-party carrier account when applicable.

Automatic free freight is not offered by default at checkout. Any promotional, contractual, or project-specific freight allowance must be confirmed in writing by Flex Pipe USA before release.

Processing and lead times

Lead times vary by product and workload. Custom orders commonly require approximately 7–10 business days after configuration approval, but may require additional time for materials, engineering review, testing, documentation, special packaging, or freight coordination. Quick-ship availability is subject to stock and order cut-off conditions. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Transit and delivery estimates

Carrier transit times are estimates and begin after the order has been completed and released to the carrier. Delivery dates may change because of carrier delays, weather, delivery location, freight-terminal scheduling, product availability, or other conditions outside our control. Orders may ship in more than one package or shipment.

Damage or shipment discrepancy

Inspect shipments promptly. Report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 5 days of receipt. Retain the packaging, shipping label, and product, and provide photos when requested so the carrier or fulfillment issue can be reviewed.

International, tax, and special delivery charges

The purchaser is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, accessorial freight charges, and delivery-site fees unless the written quote or order expressly states otherwise.
