Returns Policy

Flex Pipe USA Inc. supplies industrial piping products, including standard items, made-to-order hose assemblies, expansion joints, seismic V-loops, pipe guides, anchors, and engineered movement products. Many items are configured, fabricated, reviewed, or released for a specific project application.

Made-to-order and engineered products

Custom, made-to-order, fabricated, cut-to-length, specially configured, engineered, tested, or project-specific products are generally not returnable unless Flex Pipe USA determines that the product was shipped incorrectly or has a confirmed defect covered by the applicable order terms.

Standard stock items

Standard stock items may be considered for return only with prior written authorization from Flex Pipe USA. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, clean, complete, and in resalable condition. Approved returns may be subject to restocking charges, inspection, and freight deductions.

Shipping and freight

Shipping, freight, expedited handling, testing, documentation, and special packaging charges are generally non-refundable unless Flex Pipe USA confirms an order fulfillment error. Customers are responsible for return freight unless otherwise approved in writing.

How to request return review

Before returning any item, contact Flex Pipe USA with the order number, product description, reason for return, photos if applicable, and project/application details. Do not ship product back without written return authorization.
