Engineering Review

Final suitability depends on hose ID, braid configuration, operating pressure, temperature, media, movement, minimum bend radius, flange material, support conditions, and installation geometry. Flanges must be aligned without forcing the hose into torsion.

Ordering Notes

Select 2", 2½", 3", 4", 6", or 8" hose ID and enter overall length from 12" through 240" in 0.5" increments. Every order is reviewed before fabrication. The 5", 10", and 12" sizes, 316 stainless construction, alternate flange materials, pressure testing, tagging, material certificates, and documentation packages require RFQ.
