Class 150 describes the flange class/pattern; it is not the direct allowable PSI rating of the complete flexible assembly. Allowable operating conditions depend on the hose construction, size, braid, fittings, temperature, media, movement, bend radius, cycling, support conditions, and installation geometry.

Do not install the assembly under torsion, use it as an unrestricted piping expansion joint, or force a listed standard length into a geometry it was not selected for. Submit the operating conditions when pressure, temperature, movement, documentation, or application suitability requires review.
