Description

The 316SS Double-Braided Metal Hose Assembly – 300# Flange x 300# Flange is configured for corrosive-service piping systems where Class 300 flanged connections, double braid, and flexible equipment or piping connections are required. The corrugated hose and double braid are manufactured from 316 stainless steel.

Applications

Engineering Review

Class 300 identifies the flange class; it is not the direct PSI rating of the completed metal-hose assembly. Final suitability depends on hose ID, validated working-pressure data, temperature, media, movement, minimum bend radius, flange material, support conditions, and installation geometry. Flanges must be aligned without forcing the hose into torsion.
