Orders and Payments

WooCommerce stores the products ordered, order date, contact information, billing and shipping addresses, order notes, configuration details, and the payment method selected.

Flex Pipe USA currently uses review-based payment methods. Customers may submit an order for approved purchase-order or check terms, ACH, or wire transfer. Flex Pipe USA does not request or store payment-card numbers through the website checkout form.

How Information Is Shared

We may share only the information needed with website hosting and security providers, email providers, analytics providers, payment or invoicing providers, shipping and freight providers, manufacturers or fabrication partners, professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities when required.
